To Elizabeth

After denying my love, Elizabeth seems to be reconcidering. I heard that Mr. Darcy has written a lengthy letter to her explaining almost everything. From my brother leaving Jane, to his relationship with Wickham, Darcy spilled his story with her. The regret she must be feeling! Though I knew his greatness all along, it takes a second explanation for her to realize it.

  1. I have said many times before that Elizabeth is not like the rest of us. She does not settle for anyone. You are very right in saying that Elizabeth is regretful, but I believe with every fiber of my being that Darcey would take her back in a second. Elizabeth is independant and opinionated and everything that Darcey wants in a woman. I would suggest for you to move on, because he will never give up on her.

  2. You must understand that no matter what you may say Lizzie will follow her heart. There is no stopping her when she wants something. If she really loves Mr. Darcy then she will fight to get him. There might not be a force on this earth that would stop her. She deserved an explanation and she does feel regret. If darcy truely loves her than he will wait for her to realize her love for him.

  3. What great news it would be if she reconsidered! My letter was quite revealing indeed, for it set straight all lies Wickham has told. I hope Elizabeth realizes why I made the decisions I did for Bingley. Perhaps, now she will understand my love, and love me back.

  4. His letter did bring up good points! Wickham is a vile man and maybe I am reconsidering Darcy's hand but you know he wont let me go. Ive denied him in every way even prosposal and he still comes after me. Sorry to say, but you should move on. A woman like you dserves alot more in a man, too mad Mr. Collins is taken ;)
